Shipping
Apparel orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Most orders ship sooner, but custom pressing and restocking may occasionally extend handling time.
Live plant orders are processed within 7–14 business days. Each plant is carefully unpotted, cleaned, inspected, and hand packaged to ensure it arrives healthy. Plants ship separately from apparel orders.
USPS shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Weather Protection for Live Plants
Heat packs and ice packs are available as add-ons at checkout. If you are shipping to a region experiencing extreme temperatures, we strongly recommend adding the appropriate weather protection to your order. We cannot issue refunds for temperature-related plant damage if weather protection add-ons were available at checkout and not selected by the buyer.
We may delay plant shipments during severe weather to protect your order. If a hold is placed, you will be notified by email.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.
We will make it right if:
You received the wrong item or plant
Your item arrived damaged or defective
Your plant arrived dead
To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@lianaslittlemonsters.com or through our Contact page. Please include your order number and photos of the issue.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the error was on our end. Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion once the returned item is received and inspected. Do not discard the damaged item or packaging until your claim has been resolved.
